Accessibility

The icon shows two stylized black hands in the upper part of the image. Below them are two black pictogram figures side by side: on the left a standing person, on the right a seated person in a wheelchair. The background is grey.

The Pop-Kultur Festival has grown – and with it, the diversity of our venues. We programme events across a range of locations in Berlin, each with its own architectural and organisational conditions. Our aim is to reduce barriers as much as possible and make the festival experience comfortable and accessible for everyone. At the same time, we want to communicate openly and honestly about where challenges still remain

On the individual venue pages, you’ll find an overview of the accessible infrastructure at each location, including information on entrances and accessible toilets.

On the relevant festival days, accessibility staff will be available at an information desk at Silent Green and the Kulturbrauerei. There, you can ask questions, get help with orientation on site, or – if you wish – be accompanied to specific venues.

If you have any questions, you can reach us by email at inklusion@pop-kultur.berlin. During the festival, an additional phone support line will also be available. We look forward to welcoming you and to creating a space together in which as many people as possible can feel welcome and safe.

Visitors with disabilities are welcome to bring a companion free of charge. Further information can be found under Tickets.
