In der migas listening bar sitzen mehrere Menschen an kleinen Tischen und hören einer Person zu, die links im Bild vor einem Mikrofon spricht. Im Hintergrund befinden sich eine Bar, ein Regal mit Schallplatten sowie zwei große Lautsprecher, die den Raum prägen. Die warme Beleuchtung und die ruhige Atmosphäre lenken den Fokus auf das gemeinsame Hören und den Austausch.

migas listening bar draws on the tradition of the Japanese jazz kissa. At its heart is the experience of attentive listening on a high-quality sound system in a carefully designed acoustic environment. Its musical selection ranges from obscure and experimental recordings to popular music and recent releases from across the globe. Conversation, shared listening and a thoughtfully curated bar are all integral to the concept. Since 2025, migas has hosted sessions as part of »Pop-Kultur Talks« and other festival programmes.
