»Pop-Kultur Nachwuchs« is designed for emerging talent and brings together knowledge, practice, and exchange. Across around 40 sessions, 150 participants from around the world come together with our festival acts as well as experts from the music industry, politics, and the creative sector.

Workshops, talks, and networking formats offer insights into different ways of working and provide the foundations for a sustainable career in pop culture. At its core is the exchange between musicians, producers, DJs, and other voices shaping contemporary pop culture.

This year’s edition takes place on 24–25 August at Silent Green in Berlin-Wedding. During this time, the site becomes a campus for pop culture, hosting more than 40 sessions in German and English. Participation requires an application, and a professional jury selects the participants.
