As part of Pop-Kultur Festival and the cultural programme accompanying the FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup 2026, the courtyard at Kulturbrauerei becomes an open space for movement, connection and exchange. In collaboration with the »HereToHoop« initiative, a free-to-use basketball court will be installed opposite Çaystube, inviting visitors to play, spend time and come together throughout the festival. Here, sport, music and community meet.
Basketball is understood not as competition, but as a shared practice that creates space for exchange and participation. The programme brings together voices from basketball, pop culture and the arts, with a particular focus on FLINTA* perspectives.
»Full Court Femme« sees sport as a shared language of sound, movement and community, creating a space where pop culture and basketball intersect.
