Co-Creation Residencies
The Musicboard’s »Co-Creation Residencies« place a special focus on exceptional collaborations and long-term artistic and cultural exchange. To make this possible, Musicboard not only awards international residencies to Berlin-based artists, but also invites international musicians to Berlin. This gives residency partners the opportunity to work on shared productions over an extended period of time and across different locations.
For the »Co-Creation Residencies«, Musicboard collaborates with the techno legends of Underground Resistance and the Detroit–Berlin Connection, with Nyege Nyege – the label and festival for experimental electronic music in Kampala – with the feminist initiative Black Girls Glow in Accra, and with Kuli Alma in Tel Aviv.
