Tove Agilii, aka Toxe, is one of the most fascinating figures in contemporary chamber pop. Vogue once described her as »one of the coolest girls in the world«. The musician and producer’s ethereal electro and hyperpop sound feels equally otherworldly and luxuriant, yet always intensely focused. It is within this tension that Toxe has been working since the age of fifteen, when her debut EP »Muscle Memory« first appeared.

From that point onward, the Swedish-born artist moved fluidly through a wide range of musical scenes and forms. She has worked as a DJ, performed live, and produced runway soundtracks for brands including Acne Studios, Burberry, and Dior. Most recently, she released »Toxe2«, a collection of deeply personal pieces through which she processed an isolated period of her life. For this translation of pain into pop, she turned consistently to her mother tongue. Live, it is nothing short of an event. Sweden leads the way.
