Blake Harley

Blake Harley combines the cool elegance of post-punk with the urgency of contemporary dark pop. Moving between Neue Deutsche Welle, goth, synthwave, and Berlin industrial, the Berlin- and London-based musician creates a sound that feels both nostalgic and strikingly current. Her songs revolve around longing, vulnerability, and the allure of the darker side of human emotion – danceable, melancholic, and driven by a playful fascination with dark pop.

Following her debut EP »happy tears«, Blake Harley released her second EP, »BLAKE HARLEY«, last year on Duchess Box Records with the support of Musicboard Berlin. With singles such as »Extreme«, she continues to refine her distinctive style, balancing romantic melancholy with rebellious club energy. Inspired by artists including The Cure, Joy Division, Xmal Deutschland, Boy Harsher, and Siouxsie and the Banshees, Blake Harley crafts a singular take on dark wave that feels made for a rave in a bunker. Having already supported acts such as Gwen Dolyn, Lobsterbomb, and Naked Cameo, her debut album is due for release at the end of 2026.
