The three Berlin Outbound Mentoring Sessions at this year’s Pop-Kultur Festival are led by internationally active experts. In small groups of six, Berlin-based musicians and music industry professionals have the opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences. After a short introduction by the mentors, the focus shifts to your questions. Whether you are seeking advice on specific projects, strategic decisions, or everyday professional challenges, this format is built around direct exchange and individual feedback.

The »Live« Mentoring Session is led by Peter Meeuwsen, booking agent and promoter at the Berlin agency Puschen. Peter has many years of experience in the international independent music scene. He has worked with artists including The Vaselines, Codeine, Owen Pallett, Michael Rother, mclusky, and The Homesick, and has spent many years working across tour booking, concert promotion, and festivals. Previously, he worked for the Dutch Incubate Festival as well as the renowned venues Effenaar and VERA. Through his Telegram channel »Berlin Gigs«, he also documents and connects Berlin’s diverse live music scene.
