Twin Flame

Superduo Twin Flame, consisting of Sedric Perry and K.ZIA, is a perfect example of two musicians in an enriching relationship with each other. Their spiritual sound combines influences from Afrobeats, amapiano, soul and R&B. Although their gold-shimmering songs at first seem to be about interpersonal relationships – and ancestral connection, as with in »No Place to Be« – upon closer inspection, everything revolves around the relationship between the musicians and themselves. You can literally hear the emotional charge of Twin Flame as the two singers use their powerful yet gentle voices to find themselves. Of course, that’s something that works much better together than alone! They each sound divine, but in combination they are truly enchanting. Sedric Perry and K.ZIA have been working together in the studio on and off since 2019 – manifested in such wonderful songs as »Blessing Deliver« and »Out My Mind« – but only now are they finally appearing live together as Twin Flame. Nice!
