Shawescape Renegade & Sara Miller (Detroit-Berlin Residency)

With his releases on Not on Label, Andromeda Galaxies and Tec-Troit, Jeremiah Shaw has made a name for himself far beyond his home city as a promising representative of the current generation of Detroit musicians.

Irish-born DJ/producer Sara Miller searches for intimate, cathartic moments through house music. Her productions are characterised by astral melodies, catchy basslines, and uplifting breaks, with influences that range from Italo disco to deep house and acid techno. The dancefloors of her adopted home of Berlin are an essential part of her self-perception as a musician, and they’ve clearly left a sonic imprint on her debut EP »Lunar Theory«, released on Munich label Permanent Vacation.
